At Pinnacle Support Services, we believe every individual deserves the chance to live with dignity, independence, and purpose. Founded with the goal of redefining how Supported Living Services are delivered, Pinnacle was created to fill an important need, helping individuals with developmental disabilities gain the skills, support, and confidence to live life on their own terms.

 

Our journey began with a simple but powerful vision: to build a service that treats people as people first, not cases, not numbers. From the start, we’ve focused on personalized, person‑centered care that meets each individual where they are and helps them move toward where they want to be.

 

What sets Pinnacle apart is our commitment to doing more than “just provide services.” We partner with individuals, families, and Regional Centers to create meaningful change, offering hands‑on support, teaching real‑world skills, and helping each person find their place in the community. Who is eligible for our services?

Our services are available to individuals who 18+ years old and are eligible for Regional Center support and have been referred for Services through the Regional Center.

Do you provide 24/7 support?

Yes. We offer on-call assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to respond to urgent needs and ensure your safety and well-being.

How do I get started with Pinnacle?

You can be referred by your Regional Center service coordinator or submit our online referral form. Once we receive the referral, we’ll schedule a meeting to discuss your needs, goals, and personalized service plan.

In what areas do you provide services?

We currently serve 21 communities in the Los Angeles area, including Santa Monica, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Inglewood, Malibu, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Are your services personalized?

Absolutely. Every individual receives a customized support plan designed to match their unique abilities, preferences, and life goals.

Do you work with families as well as individuals?

Yes. We believe in a collaborative approach, keeping families informed and involved in the care and support process whenever possible.

How is Pinnacle different from other providers?

We focus on true personalization, community connection, and skill-building so individuals can live life on their own terms. Our commitment is to provide consistent, compassionate, and reliable care at every step.

Can Pinnacle help with benefits like SSI, IHSS, or CalFresh?

Yes. We assist clients with understanding and managing benefits, including SSI, IHSS, and CalFresh, and help with applications, renewals, and communicating with agencies.

Case Manager

We are seeking a Case Manager to coordinate and oversee services for adults with developmental disabilities. The Case Manager will work closely with consumers, families, and regional center staff to ensure individualized service plans are followed, needs are met, and goals are achieved. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating and updating service plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with Title 17 and agency standards.

Direct Support Staff (DSP)

We are seeking Direct Support Staff to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. DSPs help with daily living activities, personal care, transportation, and skill-building to promote independence and quality of life. Staff are responsible for following service plans,  ensuring safety, and completing required documentation.

Administrative Assistant 

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations. Duties include managing files, preparing documents, coordinating schedules, assisting with billing, and supporting communication between staff, consumers, and regional center partners. This role is essential in keeping the office organized and compliant with agency and state standards.
