Mission & History

At Pinnacle Support Services, we believe every individual deserves the chance to live with dignity, independence, and purpose. Founded with the goal of redefining how Supported Living Services are delivered, Pinnacle was created to fill an important need, helping individuals with developmental disabilities gain the skills, support, and confidence to live life on their own terms.
Our journey began with a simple but powerful vision: to build a service that treats people as people first, not cases, not numbers. From the start, we’ve focused on personalized, person‑centered care that meets each individual where they are and helps them move toward where they want to be.
What sets Pinnacle apart is our commitment to doing more than “just provide services.” We partner with individuals, families, and Regional Centers to create meaningful change, offering hands‑on support, teaching real‑world skills, and helping each person find their place in the community. Every plan is tailored, every milestone is celebrated, and every voice is heard.
Our mission is simple: to empower the people we serve to live fuller, more independent lives. Guided by values of respect, integrity, and compassion, we work every day to make a lasting difference, not just in homes, but in hearts.
When you choose Pinnacle Support Services, you’re choosing more than a provider. You’re choosing a partner who will stand alongside you, advocate for you, and ensure you have the resources and support to thrive.
