We also offer ongoing support to ensure participants can successfully manage their homes and achieve long-term housing stability.

Daily Living Skills Support
Helping individuals build independence through skill-building in cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, and household organization. We also guide clients through important programs like CalFresh applications and IHSS coordination to ensure they have access to essential benefits.

Health, Safety & Benefit Assistance
Offering help with scheduling and attending medical appointments, medication reminders, and home safety checks. We also provide support with SSI (Supplemental Security Income) documentation and benefit management to help clients maintain stability.

Advocacy & Rights Education
Teaching individuals to advocate for themselves, understand their rights, and actively participate in IPP and ISP meetings. We ensure every client’s voice is heard when making decisions that impact their lives.
